On 12/31/2022 at 9:40 am, the water surface was observed at about 19-ft elevation. The automated gage reported 19.16-ft at 9:45am. Later the same day, at 3:00 pm, the water surface was observed flowing over the top of the highest tier retaining wall at an elevation of 21.7-ft. The automated gage reported 21.51-ft at the time.
